Choosing the right size for your eyeglasses or sunglasses ensures comfort and optimal vision. Follow these steps to determine your size:
1. Understand Eyewear Measurements
Each pair of glasses has three key measurements, typically printed on the inside of the temple arm (e.g., 52-18-140):
- Lens Width (mm): The horizontal width of each lens.
- Bridge Width (mm): The distance between the lenses.
- Temple Length (mm): The length of the arm from the frame to the ear.

4. Tips for Choosing the Right Size
- Small Faces: Look for frames with a lens width of 48-52mm.
- Medium Faces: Opt for frames in the 53-56mm range.
- Large Faces: Choose frames with a lens width of 57mm or more.

Use your existing eye glasses
Examining the comfort and alignment of your current eyewear, you can note down the frame measurements engraved inside the temple, including the lens width, bridge width and temple length. This information provides a helpful reference for finding a similar fit in new glasses.
Measure with a credit/debit card
Stand in front of a mirror, place one tip of the card on the center of your nose and touch the other towards the edge of the eye. Now check the position of the card. There are three potential fitting options.
