Palming Power: Rub your palms warm, then cup them over your closed eyes. Breathe deeply and relax for 30 seconds. This darkness and warmth soothe tired eyes.
Focus Flip: Hold your thumb out at arm’s length, focus on it for a few seconds. Then, shift your focus to a distant object. Repeat 10 times. This exercise helps your eyes adjust between near and far objects.
Blink Bliss: Close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds, then open them wide and blink rapidly for 10. Repeat 3 times. Blinking helps lubricate your eyes and prevent dryness.
